We do need to collect $100 deposit cash when you reach on-site .

We will do a quick check before you leave for any damages done .

Things to take note that we will be charging and deducting based on

1.⁠ ⁠If there is stains on sofas eg:spillage of drinks or food on sofa

Very messy room that requires a lot of cleaning that will delay the timing of the next customer due to the huge mess and spillage that occured.

2.⁠ ⁠No pasting on our walls as it will peel off the paint . If you do paste and the paint peel it will be charged to you .

3.⁠ ⁠Any damages done to the furniture , sofa and the television it will be billed to you .

Do take care of the room so we could Avoid all this unnecessary situation . Once we check the room and it’s all good we will return the deposit to you 😊😊

we do have a Nintendo Switch and board games at JALAN BESAR and BENCOOLEN. Do note it is first come first service.

we DO NOT have the Nintendo Switch at Bukit Timah and Paya Lebar.

Wwe do not have rooms large enough to accommodate more than 8 pax.oes here

We typically do not allow outside decor but if you do have any decor you are intending to bring, please do reach out to us so we can advise accordingly.

1. NO smoking/vaping. There will be a $250 fine should there be cigarette smell coming from your room.

2. Strong-smelling foods (e.g., durian, curry) and soupy dishes are not allowed.

3. A $100 fee will be charged for stains (food or drink) on the sofa or excessive messes that delay the next booking.

4. Do not paste anything on the walls. Any damage will be billed to you.

5. Any damage to furniture or appliances will incur a charge for repair or replacement.

6. NO alcohol is allowed unless its for our romantic decor/starry night
